Columbus, OH — May 8, 2025 – A new chapter in Ohio soccer is about to be written—and the fans are holding the pen.
Kings Hammer FC has launched a fan-driven campaign to name the budding rivalry between its two USL League Two clubs: Kings Hammer FC Columbus and Kings Hammer FC Cincinnati. While both clubs compete under the Kings Hammer banner, their on-field battles are highly anticipated to become must-watch matchups, fueled by pride, club culture, and a growing base of passionate supporters.
The rivalry will officially kick off this summer when the two sides meet for the first time on Wednesday, June 11 in Columbus, with the return fixture set for Wednesday, July 9 in Cincinnati.
To celebrate the energy and excitement of this emerging rivalry, Kings Hammer FC is inviting fans to submit their best rivalry name ideas. The selected name will be used in future match branding, promotions, and media coverage, marking a permanent piece of club history shaped by the community.
